Adam Carmer, UNLV professor and owner/operator of Adam’s Ribs, Freakin’ Frog and the Whiskey Attic is today’s guest.  Adam is the CEO & Proprietor of Bone Apart Restaurant Group (owner of the above mentioned establishments), a Las Vegas, Nevada based company.
