Robert Gordman is president of The Gordman Group (gordmangroup.com), a consulting group that focuses on helping mid to large-size companies create actionable, real-world profit development strategies. His clients have included senior management of Fortune 500 companies including Berkshire-Hathaway Retail, IBM PC Company US, IBM PC Company Canada, KPMG, Saks Inc., VF Corporation, Weight Watchers International, and Whirlpool Corporation. Gordman wrote three books, Do You Know What You Don’t Know?,Secrets of the Super Sweet Spot, the last one is The Must Have Customer.
