Tim Broderick works with residential, business and institutional clients in Southern California to identify the performance of a building’s systems and to assess a building’s energy efficiency.

Broderick is a California Certified Home Energy Rater, a certified Infrared Photographer and an Energy Star Partner.   He  is also Chairman of the Building and Construction Committee of Ojai Valley Green Coalition.
