1. What makes Sparks to Flame different?
We focus on the small business owner and providing business coaching and business mentoring services at the quality of the big business coaching firms but at a much more affordable cost. We feel independent contractors, independent agents and small business owners need training as much – if not more – than their larger counterparts but are overlooked by traditional business coaching organizations. We bring the same high-level service to these small business organizations.
2. What types of organizations/industries does Sparks to Flame have the most experience working with?
We help – and have helped – all small businesses and independent contractors and agents across all industries. However, we have the most experience working with small business organizations focused on professional services, non-profit, retail, construction, computer service, transportation and event management.
3. How much do your services cost?
We offer a variety of business coaching, business training and business mentoring services and many are available for under $99 per month.
4. How long does your training program take?
Our services are designed to arm you with the tools needed to transform your life and prepare you for continued business success. Therefore, this evolution takes time and typically requires about 12 months for a client to realize a profound change and see significant results.
5. What is the difference between your coaching/mentoring and your training/e-learning classes?
We offer in-person, over the phone, via the web, one-on-one and group small business coaching services designed to transform the professional and personal lives of our clients through specific business strategies. We also offer a variety of business training courses focused on specific professional development topics such as budgeting, accounting for non-accountants, HR for business managers, business writing, public speaking, inventory management, marketing, sales, project management and a host of other subjects. We also offer training services co-branded with our clients.
6. Do you offer the same services both in-person and via the web?
Yes.
7. How many people will I be interacting with during my training?
Each group or one-on-one client will be assigned one dedicated business coach for the duration of their training. However, we do utilize subject matter expert strategic partners to help add further knowledge to certain specialty areas. This is more common in group settings).
8. Do you offer any type of service or satisfaction guarantee?
Yes we do. We guarantee your satisfaction with our coaching/mentoring or training services and will return your payment within the first 60 days for group settings and first 30 days for one-on-one clients.
