Our comprehensive, highly proven and systematic small business coaching approach consists of six important phases. We use this model for each of our clients regardless of which service you select – whether it be in-person, over the phone, via the web, in a group or one-on-one.
I. Gathering the fire wood
• We conduct a business effectiveness evaluation, an extended DISC personal assessment and have you fill out a 30 page questionnaire.

• After determining what makes your business stand out from the competition, we help you build viable marketing and sales foundations, focused on increasing leads and driving more profit.
IV. Lighting the fire
• We help you architect and implement a strategic development plan with systems and processes designed to drive growth. This includes drafting organizational positions, operational systems, management and training processes and solutions, and utilizing technology to automate and simplify wherever possible. We help you build out your team with individuals that can help you succeed.
